Project Brief

The goal of this project is to enhance the quality of sports camp services and other leisure amenities, and to improve the conditions required for these services.

During the project, we will:

Acquire a modern kitchen equipment set for the kitchen in the main building and carry out minor improvements there, creating conditions for providing high-quality catering services on-site.

Upgrade the existing sauna (up to 16 people) and install an additional factory-made "igloo sauna" for up to 6 people.

Purchase and install 2 sanitary containers (WC + shower, 4+4-person capacity).

Install a bio-treatment plant for wastewater purification.

Connect the main building to the electricity grid and high-speed internet, and provide free Wi-Fi access throughout the manor grounds.

Carry out minor improvements to the stairwell railings in the main building.

Expected Outcomes:

1. The manor will offer a diverse range of leisure services.

2. Modern sanitary facilities will be available for sports camps and events.

3. A dedicated kitchen will be established, enabling on-site catering services. This will also make it possible to use the main building for seminars and formal events, even outside of the tourist high season.

4. High-speed internet connectivity will be provided, which is essential for using the manor as a seminar venue and will also allow for the future implementation of smart building solutions.

The support program is funded by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development. The grant amount is €149,894.90.
